Ingredients:
-1 regular lime
-1 cup whipped cream
-3 egg yolks
-1/2 to 1 cup key lime juice depending on taste. (I prefer 2/3 cup)
-3 ounces cream cheese
-1 can sweetened condensed milk
-1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-Blend egg yolks, key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese until creamy and void of lumps.
-Pour the blended mixture into the pie crust.
-Place pie in preheated over for 14 minutes.
-Remove pie in from over and place in fridge until cool (appox. 3 hours).
-Garnish with whipped cream and lime.
